Our pasta is the result of over sixty years of experience in the kitchen.

We have perfected a working process that makes it unique. Only the highest quality ingredients are used:

 





After this, the pasta is dried slowly at a low temperature so that it has an extremely low humidity level.

 

This is why, Cipriani egg pasta has all the characteristics of top quality, freshly made pasta. It cooks in two minutes and two hundred and fifty grams swells twice as much as similar pasta. If conserved properly, it keeps for approximately two years, whereas fresh pasta has to be used immediately. Above all, once you have tasted this pasta, you will never forget it. The luxurious packaging also makes it an elegant and much welcomed present.
