In 2004, C London opened in London. Located in Mayfair, this restaurant continues the Cipriani style in the heart of London.

On 9 December 2008 the High Court held that the use of the name “Cipriani London” was an infringement of the Hotel Cipriani’s Community Trade Mark No. 115824 and constituted passing off. The judgment of the High Court was upheld by the Court of Appeal on 24 February 2010. The use of the name CIPRIANI in respect of the London restaurant is to cease by 24 April 2010. View Judgement
